92 Households in Bidara Cina Ready to Be Relocated

As much as 92 households living in RW 05, Bidara Cina Urban Village, who affected the construction of Ciliwung-East Flood Canal (KBT)'s waterway inlet, were willing to be relocated. Later on, they will be relocated to the Cipinang Besar Selatan Flat, Jatinegara, East Jakarta.
According to the data of East Jakarta Administration, the construction will have an impact on 295 buildings in Bidara Cina Urban Village. In details, 200 buildings are in RT 08, 09 and RT 10/04, 47 buildings in RT 07/14 and 48 buildings in RT 06/05, Bidara Cina, Jatinegara.
October, Bidara Cina Residents RelocatedHead of Jatinegara Sub-District, Budi Setiawan disclosed that the relocation agreement is pure aspiration of local citizens, where it had been sent to the government in a meeting.
"The meeting was held yesterday night. There are 48 plots of land with 92 households," he expressed, Tuesday (9/22).
East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana positively welcomed citizen's desire. As a follow up, he had contacted the Housing and Local Government Building Department in order to provide the flat.
"We've asked RT heads to collect the citizen' data that are ready to be relocated," he expressed.
He predicted that preparation and verification process could be done this week. "All can run smoothly, and the flat could already be occupied next week," he finished.
